Is the land check really free?

Yes. The first call, the visit and an honest note on whether your land suits contract farming cost nothing. A paid assessment is only for people who want a full crop and budget plan without a farming contract.

What is the minimum land size?

Usually 2 acres or more, with an assured water source or a way to create one. Smaller holdings can still use our paid consulting.

How soon will I earn from my land?

Not in the first few months. Crops take time. Vegetables can sell in the first season; most fruit crops pay from the second or third. Your written plan shows the expected timeline.

Do I keep ownership of my land?

Yes, always. We farm under a written agreement that says who does what, how revenue is shared and how either side can exit.

What should I keep ready for the visit?

Your land location pin, the 7/12 extract or other revenue record, and details of the water source: borewell depth, canal days or pond size.
